Terms and Conditions

  • All the payments should be done in US Dollars ($).
  • Registration fees (in UD $) can be paid by credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or by Bank Transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to registration fee.
  • For credit / debit card online payment:
    1. 3.75% of the total amount payable will be charged by the bank for foreign card holders (other than Nepali). Nepali credit/debit card holders from Himalayan Bank Limited and other banks are charged 2% and 2.25% of the total payable amount respectively.
  • For bank transfer:
    1. Please make sure that you pay the bank remittance charges in addition to the total payable registration fees at the time of bank transfer.
      Please make sure that the name of the congress and of the participant is stated in the bank transfer.
      The bank might charge you a transfer processing fee apart from the registration amount which shall be covered by registrant itself. The receiving bank (beneficiary bank) charges will be covered by MMSN.
  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation at any stages: all the bank charges in case of payment by bank transfer and credit card charge in case of payment by credit/debit card are the responsibility of the participant.
  • All cancellation must be emailed prior to the deadline at
  • Cancellation of registration up to 19th August 2018 will be full refunded. However, US $ 50 will be deducted from the total received amount against the administration fee.
  • Cancellation of registration from 20th August to 14th October, 2018 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation of registration after 15th Ocotber will not be eligible for any refund.
